The issue goes beyond simple technical reports. Wearing a safety vest and a white helmet, the Minister for Digital Transition went on site Wednesday, August 05th, to inspect two large-scale construction projects.
The first stop on this visit takes the minister to the construction site of the National Backbone Network Operations Center (NOC). This strategic infrastructure plays a central role in the national digital system.
Indeed, once operational, the nerve center will ensure continuous monitoring of the national fiber optic network, improve service continuity, and strengthen the security and performance of the State's digital infrastructure.
After this stop, the delegation continued its visit to the site of the first Citizen's House, named "Zama Tchey". This project aims to bring postal, financial and digital services closer to the population.
At the end of the visit, the technical managers presented the progress of the work, the overall physical completion rate of which is estimated at 20%.
While welcoming the efforts already made, Dr. Aminata Zerbo / Sabané nevertheless called on companies, control offices and all stakeholders involved to maintain the pace while ensuring compliance with quality requirements.
